COLLEGE FOOTBALL ON ESPN: THE BIG RING

The biggest game of the year calls for the biggest championship rings you’ve ever seen. To celebrate the College Football Playoff National Championship, we created the first -ever championship-sized championship rings. Introducing, “Big Rings.”

Thousands of fans had a chance to try on the “Big Rings” at Fan Fest. The rings made guest appearances on First Take and College Game Day. The rings made the local news in Houston, and most importantly, the rings made the biggest stage of the them all, the National Championship stage.

THE BIG REVEAL

The rings were revealed on the field after the National Championship and worn by the players and coaches of the winning team. 

BEFORE THEY WERE BIG

Before the Big Rings were big, they were in my sketchbook. I started with a few sketches, refined in Illustrator before the fabrication process was taken over by our partners.
